After working around the clock, I am exhausted and have no appetite for having supper. I am prone to Bipolar Disorder (^_^ <---> >"<) if it comes too often. I don't want to be amateur but professional, however, it is destined to work hard if one would like to be professional in his field. An important question for me is, is success worthy of working hard? I see the throng around me working so hard with their certain faith, I envy them, honestly. For me, I anticipate a balance between career and life. Since corporate culture is dependent on every single employee, it is not possible to change it in a short time. People sometimes are forced to adjust their attitude to fit in with the company. At present, I am staying "at" an extraoridinary company, where every employee works closely and with mutual interest. However, just like normal company would have, my company has many drastic and stringent regulations. Although regulations are somewhat a necessary means to manage a company, on the other hand, it can be disruptive" too. Welfare is sometimes a key point to make employees be touching. Some company locate on a suburban industry park, it's a good way to reduce cost but inconvenient to the employee as well. Expansive and silent office is a forceful weapon to make employee enjoy in the work and work efficiently. Unfortunately, some company founder couldn't realise it while some could. Above all, a good company must be profitable since it's the fundamental of the income of employees.
